Paul Schroeder has lived in Atlanta for 33 years. He currently resides in the Ridgedale Park Neighborhood of Buckhead. Paul received his BA in History from the College of Charleston 1993 and currently owns and manages 22 commercial buildings in the North Metro Atlanta area with over 140 Tenants.

Ryan Colwell has a strong interest in the Atlanta real estate market and truly enjoys the ever changing dynamic of the real estate industry. He is a University of Georgia graduate, with a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate.

Ryan has worked for over 7 years in the real estate industry from construction to, and more recently, appraisal. Ryan has done carpentry work in a number of different construction projects, including large scale commercial shopping centers and smaller scale home remodels and renovations. He also has a very active interest in the Atlanta relocation and investment market.

Yelena has been a resident in Atlanta for over last 10 years since she moved from Russia in 1998.

In 1990 Yelena has graduated from Siberian State University and has a degree in Russian Law.

For over five years Yelena has practiced real estate and civil law in Russia. As a real estate attorney she has created first condominium in south area of Russia. She has extensive knowledge of real estate contracts and great negotiation skills.

Licensed as Real Estate Sales associate in state of GA since January 2002.

Yelena specializes in bank owned properties (REOs), have lots of experience completing BPOs (broker price opinion), managed and sold over 80 bank owned properties (single family, condo, multi family) in metro Atlanta.

Austin is an Atlanta native with a strong Real Estate and Financial background. He Graduated from Clemson University in 2007 with a Degree in Financial Management, Specializing in Real Estate. Just recently Austin has moved back into the Buckhead area.

Austin has worked in the Real Estate and Construction industry for over 10 years and has managed projects ranging from deck building to entire home renovations. Caroline Lytle has been a resident of the Atlanta area for over 10 years and has lived in many of the communities that make Atlanta so diverse and exciting.

I have been actively involved into real estate sales and mortgage financing since 2003, for the 1st 3 years as a real estate consultant and for the last 2 years as an associate broker. Prior to that I have worked as a business analyst at IBM for 5 years. Originally I am from Russia where I got my Bachelor degree in Finances and Computer Science; immigrated to States almost 13 years ago. I came directly to Atlanta where my older brother was living at that time and ever since then I never regretted that life brought me here.

A lot of times people ask me – if I like what I do. Without giving a single thought I always respond to them: “VERY MUCH!” Several years ago one of my close friends whom I helped to buy a house and get the best mortgage financing told me: “You can be sure that you have found yourself – it’s obvious that your job brings you a lot of pleasure and satisfaction, and you light up people who are working with you with your positive energy”. I would not lie to you, I was really pleased to hear that from the person whom I really admire and who has achieved a lot in this country for a short period of time. I think this is one of the main reasons why I like what I do: the ability to help people make the right decision and to make the process of buying a real estate property less stressful.
