He has a strong financial background spending many years in the mutual fund industry before creating one of Atlanta's most dynamic real estate teams. Ryan Colwell has a strong interest in the Atlanta real estate market and truly enjoys the ever changing dynamic of the real estate industry. He is a University of Georgia graduate, with a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate.

Ryan has worked for over 7 years in the real estate industry from construction to, and more recently, appraisal. Ryan has done carpentry work in a number of different construction projects, including large scale commercial shopping centers and smaller scale home remodels and renovations. He also has a very active interest in the Atlanta relocation and investment market.

He has lived in Atlanta for over 20 years and possesses an extensive knowledge of Atlanta and the surrounding areas. He grew up in Cobb County and attended Walton high School.

Kelly Chancy is a native of Naples, Florida, and a graduate of Florida State University with a BA in History. Upon graduating college, she continued to live and work in Tallahassee traveling the country working for a consulting organization. After several years of working in politics, she decided to make some changes and pursue new interests and challenges.

During her travels, Kelly fell in love with Atlanta and made the decision to be closer to friends. She relocated to Atlanta in August 2003.

Kelly’s attention to detail and willingness to “turn over every stone” ensures that her clients receive unparalleled representation. She is known for the energy and dedication that she brings to the transaction process. Behind her friendly demeanor, Kelly is a tough negotiator with outstanding results.

Deb moved to Atlanta in 1996 from the Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach area of North Carolina, she is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a BS in Marketing.

After college Deb sold real estate for a national company in NC where she worked on a dynamic team and became intrigued with the real estate and construction industries. When she moved to Atlanta she worked as a marketing/sales executive for four years before getting back into Real Estate. Deb worked for a local development company as a sales associate and Marketing Director where she gained extensive knowledge of the Atlanta real estate and new construction markets.

Abby Holmes, a resident of Atlanta for the past 24 years, brings a vast knowledge of the Atlanta market and surrounding areas. She most recently held a position with a German-based commercial real estate company assisting with the purchase and development of several commercial sites within the Southeast.

A graduate of the University of Alabama with a degree in finance, Abby held positions in both finance and accounting. Her experience as an auditor for an international CPA firm provides her with the knowledge and understanding to assist in the negotiation process.
