Glen Iris Lofts is located across from upcoming $437 million Ponce Park development and walking distance to Whole Foods, Freedom Park, and Piedmont Park. There are two buildings. One of the buildings is a true conversion with another building that looks like authentic. With Glen Iris Lofts being so close to the new development, Midtown, Virginia Highland, Downtown, I-75, I-85, and more, these lofts are worth viewing.
Each Glen Iris Loft boasts of gorgeous hardwood and concrete floors, exposed ductwork, exposed brick wall, and lots of natural light from the windows. This loft community has several floorplans offering functional rooms, very open feel, and ample space. The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and good cabinet space. Glen Iris Lofts are one of the few lofts that have a gas stove/oven for those who enjoy cooking.
Glen Iris Lofts amenities include pool, parking garage, security gate, and all the places that are in walking distance. Glen Iris Lofts distinguishes itself from other buildings in that there are both two level lofts and one level lofts. I want I like about this loft is that it offers a lot of sq. ft. for the money. Located near 400 this Woodstock neighborhood gives homebuyers the advantage of Alpharetta/Roswell living but with Cherokee taxes and the opportunity to own more home for less money than its nearby Fulton county counterparts.
This great community minded neighborhood offers swimming pool with lifeguard, swim and tennis teams, sand volleyball, picnic area, playgrounds, nature trails and an active HOA with yearly activities.
