FMLS has finally the much needed live work option on the Atlanta Condos for Sale home search for Brokers and Atlanta Agents. In celebration of this day I have decided to write an Atlanta Real Estate Blog for Atlanta Live-Work Condos.
Atlanta Live-Work condos can be found through this fine city. From Cobb, Fulton, Downtown, Sandy Springs and all the way up in Forsyth. I can assume that as more agents see this option in the system more condo will be added, but currently Atlanta live-work units can be found from 100k all the way up to half a million.
Many of these condo communities are very unique and are located in high density downtown areas. Many of these units are upscale loft, modern condos or town homes and if you are lucky you can find some with ground floor retail spaces. Many amenities and upgrades you will find in these Atlanta Live-work condos are hardwoods, garages, granite and stainless appliances, exposed ventilation and brick, high soaring ceilings, private balconies and rooftop balconies with Atlanta city views.
Although these units have been tagged in FMLS as live work you want to make sure that you do your due diligence and find out where they actually have correct live-work zoning (zoned 0-I). This is important especially if you are planning on having clients come over or have employees in and out of your unit all day.
