Pre-Spring Brookhaven update
Monday, March 2nd, 2009Buyers take note! ……We are now starting to see Brookhaven homes drop under the 250k mark…..even under the 200K mark in some neighborhoods. If you are thinking about buying a home this spring you might want to check out these deals.

haven has so many good things going for it like; Dekalb taxes, great highway access, new shops and retail (on Dresden) and it is less than 1.5 miles from Buckhead. Not only is the under 250K market one I advise taking a look at in Brookhaven, I also recommend looking at some of the surplus builder product of new Brookhaven homes and the Brookhaven Foreclosures that are coming available.
All in all this is a great time to be checking out deals…rates are low, we may not be at 100% bottom but spring is coming and historically that means more demand for the current listings….so if you see one you like lets us know!
