First annual IOH Fall work party…Thank you!
Ian Marshall Realty would like to take a few minutes and thank everyone that came out last week and participated in our first annual IOH Fall work party.
For those who are not familiar with our firm’s philanthropic focus… The Interfaith Outreach Home of Doraville helps families with children recover from an episodes of homelessness and return to self-sufficiency. The IOH transitional housing program provides a safe, secure, and nurturing environment to homeless families who want to return to, and are capable of returning to, financial independence and self-sufficiency. IOH serves two-parent, legally married couples and single heads of households. Click here to learn more about the IOH and how you can help.

Thanks to Vin O’Reilly for coordinating the event and a huge thank you to Albert Jones, Shane Jarmin, Austin Chandler, Brad Nevin, and Carl Martens for all your hard work and time away from your busy works days. The IOH house was in dire need of some exterior maintenance and y’all nailed the job. Thank you!

Ian Marshall Realty intown Announced!
We have exciting news to announce. One of intown Atlanta’s top Real Estate agents, Kerry Lucasse, has joined our firm. Welcome Kerry! We all look forward to working alongside you. The second big announcement is that we have decided to add a second firm location for Kerry and our other stellar established intown agents Shane Jarmin and Kathlin Kleem to work out of.
The East Atlanta Village will be our new ITP address while we will also continue to grow our OTP Dunwoody Location. We will be keeping y’all updated on the renovation progress of the new space and if you are down in the East Atlanta Village stop in and say hello to the intown team. We are across the street from The Earl.
