It is easy for me to be excited about The Manhattan Condos in the Heart of the Perimeter Area. This 27-story Highrise is one of the few Highrises in the Perimeter area of Atlanta. One of the most attractive features of these condos is the location. The Manhattan is walking distance to several restaurants including Panera, Doc Greens, Jimmy Buffet’s 
Cheeseburger in Paradise, Outback Steakhouse, Flemings, and so much more. Also outside your 
front door are several retailers including Super Target, Office Max, and various home furnishing/décor stores. The Manhattan Condos are also walking distance to the Perimeter Center Mall, Marta, LA Fitness, and a movie theater.
