Buyer Specialist
Description
This position is responsible for following up with the leads they receive and
prospecting for Buyers. A Buyer Specialist must research properties on MLS systems, preview properties, show properties to qualified clients, and
help them evaluate and compare homes. This person is also responsible for
writing up, presenting, and negotiating offers. In this position you must
schedule and attend training sessions.

- Active Georgia Real Estate Salesperson License
- Familiarity with most Atlanta neighborhoods
- Basic computer
and Internet skills
- Bachelor's degree in sales and marketing
(a plus)
- Experience in another sales industry (a strong
plus)
- Possess above average integrity
- Self-motivated

Sales Associate
A person with proper training and support, who desires

This position is responsible for all aspects of the real
estate business. The ability to maintain a healthy, positive
attitude, will help you achieve what ever success you want.
You will be your own team leader, marketing director, listing
coordinator, sales coordinator and administrative assistant.

and organization of information. Proven to do consistent follow-up and follow-through.
Experience: Real estate license required. Excellent knowledge
of the local area and real estate market beneficial. Track record of success
in sales, business and leadership. Reputation for leadership, teamwork and
respect of others.

Marketing Assistant
The Marketing Assistant maintains all existing Internet marketing, interactive
voicemail information system, on-site listing materials and various print advertising.
We are in a dynamic market where constant change is the norm and attention to
detail is imperative for the success of our clients.
This position is hourly and flexible enough for students or people with
other career committments. The rate of pay is $8 per hour.
